  • Our second largest firewood conveyor, the TWC-24, can operate as high as 13’2” in the air and as low as 7’8”, with a 24’ long frame and a width of 1’10”.

  • This 1,730-pound firewood conveyor provides maximum stability - the end all be all for wood elevators - with the use of a ground skid. The ground skid maintains contact with solid ground, which keeps the firewood conveyor sturdy while handling large loads. It also lifts the roller off the ground, which provides more room for debris to fall.

  • The rubber belt fines deflector prevents debris from falling into the roller. These features result in a cleaner pile of firewood at the end of the conveyor system and a longer product lifespan.

  • Adjusting the height of the firewood conveyor is simple with our hydraulic lift cylinder. Coupled with a tandem center spool valve, the hydraulic lift cylinder is controlled by the operator and can be adjusted numerous times to fit the needs of any project.

  • Because of the wood elevator’s size, it uses telescopic axle arms, which are two arms on either side of the hydraulic lift cylinder. The telescopic axle arms provide a sturdy firewood conveyor base, dramatically reducing the risk of the conveyor tipping. Also, the telescopic axles can adjust height along with the hydraulic lift cylinder; simply remove the pull pins securing the telescopic axle arms to adjust the height and re-insert them once the conveyor is at your desired height.

  • Loading logs with the TWC-24 is as easy as adjusting the firewood machine's height. Because of the modular hopper’s funnel-like design, it can be filled directly with loader buckets. Constructed out of 3/16” plate steel on the bottom and 1/8” plate steel on the sides, the hopper is not only sturdy but also bolt-on, making removal and upgrades easy.

  • Belt tracking is a constant issue with many conveyors on the market, causing breaks in production we aim to avoid with the TWC-24. Because of the wood conveyor’s tapered rollers design, the belt will pull itself back towards the center if misaligned, even if the conveyor is on uneven ground.

  • Optionally, 36” long Grizzly Bars can be added to the TWC-24 wood elevator. This optional add-on bolts onto the end of the conveyor and separates fine material from your firewood before it is offloaded. Grizzly Bars can only be added to TWC-16, TWC-24, and TWC-32 models manufactured after July 2017.

  • The TWC-24 can be constructed with an oscillating axle. This feature allows the log elevator to move side-to-side in order to move away from a pile of firewood without taking a long break to hook up the conveyor to your truck, move it backward, etc.

Wood Processor Firewood Conveyor with height reach

Telescopic Axle Arms

Because of the log conveyor’s size, the TWC-24 uses telescopic axle arms, which are two arms on either side of the hydraulic lift cylinder. The telescopic axle arms provide a sturdy base for the firewood conveyor, which dramatically reduces the risk of the conveyor tipping.

The telescopic axle arms can adjust in height along with the hydraulic lift cylinder; simply remove the pull pins securing the telescopic axle arms to adjust the height and re-insert them once the wood elevator is at your desired height.

Log Conveyor Attachment for fine material

Optional Grizzly Bars

36” long Grizzly Bars can be added to the TWC-24 wood elevator. This add-on bolts onto the end of the conveyor and cleans out fine material from your firewood while it is off-loaded.

Self-Aligning Conveyor Belt for wood

Correct Belt Tracking Made Easy

Timberwolf firewood conveyors come standard with tapered rollers. The slight inward taper on these rollers allows the belt to self-align if slightly off-center.

Why the tapered rollers? Well, we were sick of belt tracking issues, and we're guessing you are too. Luckily, having to constantly realign your conveyor belt is a thing of the past with this wood conveyor.

Offload Firewood Without the Debris

The rubber belt fines deflector may not be the first feature that catches your eye when looking at the TWC-24, but the fines deflector plays an important role in increasing the lifespan of the firewood conveyor and producing clean firewood.

The small rubber flap located beneath the hopper prevents debris from falling into the roller, which would then offload itself on top of your nice and clean firewood.

This little rubber flap certainly makes a big difference.

Timberwolf Wood Conveyor Hopper

Funnel Your Firewood from One Stage to the Next

The High Steel plate steel constructed modular hopper acts as a funnel for oncoming firewood, ensuring that no firewood falls over the sides or off the conveyor.

This makes the TWC-24 wood conveyor the perfect add-on to your firewood setup if you already use a Timberwolf log splitter with a table grate. Our table grates are also funnel-shaped, so you can watch your split firewood go from the log splitter, to the conveyor belt, to offloaded in the bed of a truck.

Firewood Conveyor With an Oscillating Axle

With the TWC-24 firewood conveyor operators can move the wood conveyor side-to-side, away from large piles of firewood, in just a couple of seconds. The log conveyor is capable of such movement because of the oscillating axle the firewood machine uses.

While standard axles face forward, the conveyor’s oscillating axle faces inward, allowing the machine to move side-to-side. This movement can be achieved by simply pushing the conveyor to one side or the other, or an optional drive motor can be equipped and controlled via two single-spool valves.
